Bio: Vicki Ricketts has worked in education for over thirty-five years. She enjoyed twenty-nine years as a classroom teacher of Communication Arts, Social Studies, Spanish, Alternative Education, and Inclusion. At the district level in Springfield, Missouri, Vicki served as an Instructional Specialist for School Improvement K-12. Her instructional training includes Kagan Cooperative Learning, the Baldrige model of Continuous Quality Improvement, Carlene Murphy’s Whole Faculty Study Groups, Dunn & Dunn Learning Styles, the Harvard model of Socratic Seminar, Comprehensive Literacy model by Linda Dorn, Cognitive Coaching and Instructional Coaching, and Evolving Leaders.
